 Front Office Vision:

Our department Goal is to provide our patients with a friendly, caring attitude in order to give them the tools and information they need to achieve their dental needs.  We aim to go beyond their expectations and embrace change as an essential component to improving the way we do business.

  

 

                                                                                             Jamie Glau--Office Manager

Jamie is our office manager as of 2023.  She has a wealth of customer service experience and has quickly developed a deep understanding of the dental industry.  Jamie can really do it all for us.  She started off as a sterilization technician, then moved on to assisting and became one of our lead front office people.   She is now the leader of our clinical and non-clinical team.  She is extremely flexible and masters any area of study very quickly and is a tremendous asset to the team.

Jamie is a native of the central coast and went to Morro Bay High school.  She has been with our practice for 5 years and comes to us after working for year in the wine industry.  Jamie is friendly and kind and you will almost always see her smiling.  

Jamie enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends and boating with her husband and two boys at Lake Nacimiento.

 

Kelsey has a long-time background in customer service and leadership.  She came on board with us about a year and a half ago after previously being the manager of one of the busiest Starbucks in California.  Having exposure and a background in HR and California Regulation has been invaluable to our team.   She was born and raised in Paso Robles and is invested in the Community.

You will immediately notice Kelsey's warm, upbeat personality and her desire to help make you feel comfortable and at-home in our office.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and young son in her free time.

 Hygiene Vision:

The Lansford Dental Hygiene department is committed to excellence in all areas of patient care, periodontal health and patient education (as it relates to their systemic health).  Everyone will be treated in a gentle, thorough manner, while building rapport and trust in a non judgemental atmosphere.  It is our highest goal to provide exceptional, quality care while utilizing state of the art resources to become the best dental hygiene department in all of California.

Barbara Rowan--Registered Dental Hygienist

Barb has had over 25 years experience in the dental field.   First as a dental assistant working in both the back and front office and currently, for the last 12 years, as a Dental hygienist.  She enjoys working with patients and teaching them about better oral health care.

She graduated from San Joaquin Valley College with her degree in Dental Hygiene and studied at the University of Pacific for alternative practice in dental hygiene.  Barb has worked for the California Dental Hygiene board for the past 5 years.

On her time off, Barb enjoys hanging out with her family and friends, being outdoors, walking, hiking, traveling and learning about others.

  

 Janay Wilson-Registered Dental Hygienist

Janay is our newest hygienist and has been with us for over 5 years.  She graduated from Diablo Valley College with her degree in Dental Hygiene.  She was born and raised on the Central coast and has spent the majority of her life here.

Janay spend significant time taking continuing education and working to build her skillset clinically.  She is outstanding and you will find her to be personable and conscientious.

Janay enjoys camping, backpacking and spending time at the lake.  She also enjoys giving back by volunteering in the community.  We are very excited to have such a hard-working and positive individual on our team.

 

  

Vanessa Torrey--Registered Dental Hygienist

Vanessa is a dedicated dental hygienist at Lansford Dental, joining us in 2021 after graduating from San Joaquin Valley College in 2020.  With over 12 years in the dental field, Vanessa has a passion for promoting oral health and building strong patient relationships.  During her time in dental hygiene school, she was recongnized on the Dean's list and by the National Honor Society.

Known for her gentle touch and compassionate care, Vanessa helps patients achieve optimal health by addressing overall wellness.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her twin boys and exploring the outdoors.

Dental Assistant team vision:

We will work to develop excellent interpersonal skills in order to understand and care for our patients.  Our aim is to enhance their confidence in the dental environment and ensure their comfort.  We will strive to be detail oriented and value and grow in our continuing education.  We will work to take high quality x-rays and impressions and be prepared so we can efficiently work in concert with the Doctors to meet our patient's needs.

 

 

 

  

Julie Robles--Dental Assistant

Julie joined out team in 2021 as a sterilization technician and quickly moved up to our lab assistant and a chairside assistant.  She is a quick learner and has embraced learning not only the assisting piece but has worked with Dr. Lansford in the lab to manufacture crowns, night guards and pours up models with precision.

Julie lives in heritage ranch and enjoys the beauty of Lake Nacimiento and the central coast.

 

Stephanie Carlson-Dental Assistant

Stephanie has many years of experience in dental assisting.  She brings us a wealth of knowledge in assisting with pediatric patients and is excellent at communication and customer service.  Stephanie's outgoing personality is easy to see and she sets patients at ease with her confidence and kindness.

 

                                                                          Leslie Gonzalez--Registered Dental Assistant/EF in Colorado

Leslie has come on our team joining us from a successful practice in Colorado.  She recently moved to California and we consider ourselves very lucky to have her on the team.  She has many years of experience in the dental field and is Dr. Lansford's primary assistant.

  

                                                                           Evelyn Garcia-Dental Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator

Evelyn is a relatively recent addition to our staff.  She comes to us after working with young children in the Paso Robles school District and working in Customer service.  She is happy and upbeat and always looking to serve others.  

Evelyn is also our security in the practice as she is a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, so despite her kind demeanor and pleasant attitude, don't mess with her.

                                                                                Emma Huizar-Sterilization Technician

Emma is relatively new to dentistry and is our lead Sterilization technician.  Always kind and ready to help she helps the hygiene team run smoothly and effectively and facilitates meeting all the infection control standards we execute for every single patient.
